We all know about plants. But the question is can plants live under the water? The answer is yes. Plants that grow under the sea or ocean called Marine plants. In the ocean there are many different types of Marine plant. Marine plants mainly two types, 1.Seagrasses and 2.Algae. Marine plants normally live in the top most layers of the ocean because they need sunlight for photosynthesis. But type of Algae plants are live deeper in the ocean. Marine plants are very very important for the ocean for fish food and the food web. There are many Marine plants which are hundred year of old.
